Certificated Locations and Certified Sites
A Certificated Location is a 5-van caravan site operated under a certificate from the Caravan and Motorhome Club. A Certified Site is a similarly small campsite (allows tents) under the aegis of the Camping and Caravan Club. These sites might make you £500/year or £20,000/year depending on your location, facilities and pricing. Getting it right can be a real boost to your income. Getting it wrong can be a costly mistake.
Learn from us what works and what doesn't. Do you need to invest £500 or £10,000?
If you already have a site, but think you could do better, we'll help you improve your product and marketing. If you are thinking about setting up a CL or CS, talk to us for some down-to-earth practical business and marketing advice. We have years of experience and are well tuned to in's and out's of running a profitable CL.
