A Certificated Location is a 5-van caravan site operated under a certificate from the Caravan and Motorhome Club. A Certified Site is a similarly small campsite (allows tents) under the aegis of the Camping and Caravan Club. These sites might make you £500/year or £20,000/year depending on your location, facilities and pricing. Getting it right can be a real boost to your income. Getting it wrong can be a costly mistake.
